2010
Large 40' x 30' Monitor style structure with balcony.

The first level featured a standard pole construction with 12'x30' shed roofs attached to each side.

The second floor is traditional framing with 16' clear span trusses. This will be finished as a large open family recreation area with a 16'x8' balcony with sliding glass door.

The exterior was finished in a true rough sawn baton board.
 

2008
Large 64' x 72' Monitor style structure near Heber Utah.

The first level featured timber frame construction with a 24' x 24' tack
room, four (4) horse stalls and (1) wash bay.

The second floor is traditional framing with 40' clear span trusses. These
were finished as a large open family recreation area with a large rock
fireplace and moveable walls.
